This page explains how information submitted through the service-request form is used.

What you send

The form collects your name, phone number, email, preferred contact method, vehicle or equipment details, service request, optional photos, optional parts information and preferred timing.

Why we collect it

We use these details to review the job and parts, prepare an estimate, communicate with you and coordinate an appointment. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

How requests are handled

Requests are processed and stored through Netlify Forms. The site owner can review submissions and may receive email notifications containing the submitted details and links to uploaded photos. Your request is not displayed publicly on this site.

Optional photos

Upload photos of the vehicle, equipment, issue or parts you want reviewed. Photos are optional. Avoid including identification documents or other sensitive personal information.

Questions or deletion requests

Contact White Obsidian using the Instagram account linked below to ask about your submission or request its deletion. Include enough information for us to identify the request; do not send sensitive identification documents.
